‘Day Of Reckoning’ Final Presser Featuring Joshua, Wilder, Bivol And More

Anthony Joshua and Otto Wallin headline ‘The Day of Reckoning’ card this Saturday as all the fighters on the card held their final presser.

Joshua enters the fight with question marks over his mentality. His decision not to participate in the media workout raised a few eyebrows. The Brit also chose to work with trainer Ben Davidson and abandon Derrick James after just two fights. Wallin, who is a southpaw, aims to cause an upset. He has been vocal about how Joshua is not the same fighter and suggested he was mentality weak. A rematch clause is in place, which could become relevant if Joshua loses. AJ has his eyes on a Deontay Wilder fight after reports confirmed a two-fight deal was agreed.

In the co-main event, Wilder faces the former WBO heavyweight champion Joseph Parker. The Bronze Bomber has been talking all week about stopping his opponent. With 43 wins and 42 by knockout, it is hard to bet against the American. Parker, though, is a former sparring partner for Tyson Fury, the only man to have beaten Wilder, which could impact the fight.
