De La Hoya Expects KO In Canelo-GGG II

When one of the most talked about matches of 2017, ending with one of the most controversial endings in recent memory, Oscar De La Hoya truly believes that it won’t go to the score cards when Canelo Alvarez and Gennady Golovkin face off one more time on May 5th.

Being interviewed during Joseph Diaz Jr’s victory over Victor Terrazas,  Alvarez’ promoter, OscarDe La Hoya claimed that “there will be a knockout. I can’t guarantee it, but I’m sure there will be a knockout.”

As reported by Boxing Scene, De La Hoya believes that bad blood between the two will boil over on May 5th, because both men feel there is unfinished business.

“Well, you know what I like is that both guys don’t like each other now,” De La Hoya said. “Both guys have this animosity because both guys thought they won the fight. So they’re knockout artists. What more do you want? Cinco de Mayo is gonna be electrifying.”
