Deontay Wilder Wants To Be Outspoken Like His Idol Muhammad Ali

Deontay Wilder has said that he will continue to take a stand against injustice and speak out unlike other men at positions higher than him. to boxing legend Muhammad Ali, Wilder declared the late boxer his idol for his antics on and off the ring.

“With Ali, to take a stand not only inside the ring but outside the ring, he was considered one of the most hated men in America,” the Bronze Bomber said. “Then you got Deontay Wilder to come along to take that same stand outside and inside the ring, it seems like it ain’t enough, it seems like they have these buck-dancers that dance in our kind to go against us and try it down.”

The American boxer claimed that he is “the chosen” one and will not be held down.

“Ali is one of my idols in boxing, I appreciate being compared to him, and I can see the comparison of what he stood for. Especially in the times, he did it in, the years he did it in – man, oh my goodness, I just want to take that same stand here, because I’m not afraid.”
