Last Friday At BKFC Knucklemania 3 in Albuquerque, Diego Sanchez made his bare-knuckle boxing debut against former WBA champion Austin Trout.

The former UFC competitor ultimately lost the battle after the ringside physician stopped the action in the fourth round, which elicited some negative comments from the audience. Furthermore, Sanchez disclosed in an Instagram post that he was talking to his lawyer about the fact that he does not believe it was a fair loss and is pushing to have the result overturned.
The MMA pioneer claimed that he was not provided with Vaseline before the bout and that he felt a large amount of it Trout’s neck and shoulder, making it more difficult for him to clinch and land accurate blows.

Following up on his opponent’s Instagram post about being hurt, Diego Sanchez wrote a lengthy reply that included a video that appears to show Trout getting Vaseline applied to him in the corner.
He acknowledged Trout as a strong fighter, even suggesting a rematch in MMA, but he reiterated his desire to learn the truth about what transpired at Knucklemania 3.
The Vaseline debacle left the fans with a bad taste in their mouth. Additionally, the matchmaking by BKFC didn’t exactly win over fight fans, and many of them expressed their displeasure on Twitter.
