Danis has had his fair share of run-ins with the cops.
In July 2019, the 28-year-old was involved in a brawl in New York City nightclub.
The fighter was last seen in action at Bellator 222 in 2019 where he submitted Max Humphrey via armbar in the first round.
He was then offered a spot in the Bellator 238 card fixed for January 2020, but he had pulled out due to a knee injury. He revealed that he suffered the injury while helping McGregor train for the Donald Cerrone fight.
He later came in the limelight for his brawl with Khabib Nurmagomedov right after the Russian star submitted McGregor and leaped out of the octagon.
