Drake Keeps Promise To Paddy Pimblett And Molly McCann
Paddy Pimblett put on a show on UFC Fight Night 208.
At UFC London, it was the 27-year-old who came out on top against Jordan Leavitt in a submission victory. Leavitt tried to use his wrestling skills to catch Pimblett off-guard.
However, the experience and a huge skillset was enough for the former Cage Warriors Featherweight Champion to secure victory. The fans were overwhelmed with Pimblett’s victory at UFC 208 and one of those fans was Drake.
The Canadian rapper had secured a big betting win upon Pimblett and Molly McCann at UFC Fight Night 208. The big thing about this bet is that Drake had promised to reward the winners.
According to the reports, Drake earned a $3.7 million payout for putting bets on Pimblett and McCann to secure victories in their bouts in London. After Pimblett’s win over Leavitt, McCann got the better of Hannah Goldy.
The Liverpool-native had put her opponent on the back foot from the first moment through a spinning back elbow. Drake promised to gift both of the winners a Rolex watch.
