Fight fans will bear witness to a title fight between Erislandy Lara (26-3) and Greg Vendetti (22-3-1) tonight, August 29.
Lara will put his WBA (Regular) Light-Middleweight Title on the line against Vendetti. The IBO Light-Middleweight Championship will also be up for grabs. Lara vs. Vendetti is being held inside the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California.
That’s not all as Thomas LaManna is also in action. He’ll collide with Brian Mendoza. Alfredo Angulo was expected to take on Caleb Truax. Just one day before fight night, Truax was pulled from the card due to a non-COVID-related illness. Vladimir Hernandez was on standby, so he gets the call to fight Angulo.
Also featured on the card will be a scrap between Abram Martinez and Luis Arcon. Justin Pauldo vs. Josec Ruiz is on tap for the main card as well. Fans will also be treated to a bout between Jose Valenzuela and Zack Kuhn.
