Fedor & Bader Lead Bellator 214 Salaries

As one would expect, Bellator Heavyweight Grand Prix finalists Fedor Emelianenko and Ryan Bader are set to earn the most from Bellator 214, as both will earn six-figures.

Emelianenko is set to make $300,000 for tonight’s heavyweight championship fight, while Bader, who also holds Bellator’s light heavyweight title, will make $150,000. Neither man is eligible for a win bonus.

The fighter with the next-highest guaranteed payout is Jake Hager. The former Oklahoma wrestling standout and WWE superstar, who went by the ring name Jack Swagger, will make a guaranteed $50,000 with no win bonus in his professional MMA debut. His opponent, J.W. Kiser, will receive just $7,000 guaranteed with a $7,000 win bonus.

Either Aaron Pico or Henry Corrales, who compete in the Bellator 214 co-main event, will earn more than Hager; however, whom that is depends on the fight’s winner, as half of the payout will come from a win bonus.

The full expected Bellator 214 salaries can be viewed below. Note that this includes just base pay and potential win bonuses. This does not include money from sponsors or any special Bellator “locker room” bonuses, nor deductions for items such as insurance, licenses and taxes.
