Femke Hermans (17 – 4, 7 KO), former WBO super middleweight champ, defeated Mary Spencer (7 – 2, 5 KO), via a ten-round majority decision victory to claim the vacant IBF junior middleweight title. The bout was a rematch of their 2022 fight which saw Hermans defeat Spencer by unanimous decision.

Judges Sylvain Leblanc and John Rupert scored the bout (96 – 94) and (97 – 93) respectively, while Martha Tremblay scored it an even (95 – 95). Spencer was in better form compared to their first bout, but Hermans was able to pull away in the second half of the fight. Hermans, with her new IBF title, joins WBA champion Terri Harper as the other belt-holder in the junior middleweight division, as the WBC and WBO titles are currently vacant.
In the co-main event, Erik Bazinyan (31 – 0, 22 KO) thoroughly outboxed Ronald Ellis (18 – 4 – 2, 12 KO) for five rounds until he landed a right hand to end his fight against Ronald Ellis. Ellis gathered himself to beat the count, though he was unable to respond to the referee’s command to walk forward.
