Florian OK After Accident
Former UFC fighter and MMA analyst Kenny Florian appears to be OK following an accident early this morning. The former title contender was almost involved in a motor accident, but was saved by a driver with a name similar to a deceased Fast and Furious actor.
“Almost got killed in a car accident on the highway in the UK. Thankfully nobody was injured. A massive truck almost got our tiny car trapped underneath it. We swerved & got struck by a large van. Our driver named @pmdubs (Paul Walker) saved our lives. Every day is a gift.”

A runner-up on the first Ultimate Fighter, Florian (14-6) had nine wins via submission in his MMA career. His last fight was in 2011, losing to Jose Aldo via submission at UFC 136. Since then, he has transitioned to a commentator role on UFC programming on FS1 and ESPN. Appearing on major broadcasts every now and then, Florian has also done color commentating for the ABC series BattleBots.
