One of the biggest names in the history of boxing, George Foreman refuses to consider Floyd Mayweather as the greatest boxer of all time.
Speaking with TMZ, Foreman admitted that for all of Mayweather’s accolades, the former world heavyweight champion reserves “greatest of all time” status to those who fought at his weight class.
“If Floyd Mayweather goes out and gets a real beer belly and comes back and challenges the heavyweights, I’ll call him all that,” Foreman explained to TMZ.
“But right now, he’s thin as a rail.”
When asked about what Mayweather should call himself, Foreman stated: “He’s got to say, ‘I’m one of the best.’ That’s all he can say.”
