Former Title Challenger Emanuel Sanchez Returns To Bellator Vs. Jeremy Kennedy

Emanuel Sanchez will meet Jeremy Kennedy in the cage.

Sanchez, a former title challenger, will fight with Kennedy, a former UFC fighter at Bellator 272 on December 3.

Sanchez fought twice in the following year and suffered a loss in both fights. In April 2021, he faced legendary Patricio Freire and suffered a first-round submission loss. His second bout was at Bellator 263 where he suffered a unanimous decision loss in a three-rounder bout with Mads Burnell.

Kennedy is already very experienced at the age of 29.

He fought in the UFC and earned three victories, but suffered an sole loss against current featherweight king, Alexander Volkanovski.

After that, he has been fighting in Brave FC and PFL. Since 2020, he fought twice in Bellator and earned one victory and one loss.

Levan Chokheli, a prospect from Georgia, will hold his second bout on the same card. He was undefeated before signing in the Bellator with the nine victories. Now, he is a member of Team Serra-Longo and will use his second chance in an American promotion.

The headliners of the event will be a bantamweight title fight between current champion Anthony Pettis and legendary fighter Kyoji Horiguchi.
