On April 15th, 2023, former WWE star John Morrison knocked out Harley Morenstein in the third round in his pro-boxing debut.
In 2021, Morrison was let go from the WWE due to financial constraints resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. And following his departure, he found himself a new home in the form of boxing.
In his debut at the Amalie Arena, Florida, Morrison managed to gain some mass exposure by appearing on a card that was headlined by Alex Wassabi’s victory over Idubbbz.
And by the looks of it, Morrison did not disappoint. Prior to the knockout, he managed to knock down Morenstein on two occasions in the first two rounds.
Naturally, the writing was on the wall for Morenstein, but Morrison still had to do the business, given that his debut could have been overwhelming.
While a victory has put himself in the mix to face Jake Paul, Logan Paul or KSI as part of the wider Misfits Boxing, Morrison dismissed the former two leaving the latter on his radar.

In his comments, he said: “So what I’m trying to think about as to who to call out. Jake, Logan no. Jake got beat, Logan got beat by KSI, which is why I’m gonna put KSI on blast right now,” Morrison
