Fury Makes More Demands As Doubts Emerge Over Usyk Fight
Alex Krassyuk, the promoter of Oleksandr Usyk, made a humorous prediction that Tyson Fury might send a draft agreement for the April 29th, 2023, fight, including various conditions that he wants to be agreed upon.
Krassyuk has put forward the idea that Fury’s intention is to make the challenge so formidable that Usyk will eventually concede and abandon the idea of the fight because it will be too overwhelming for him to handle.

The WBC heavyweight champion Fury initially demanded a 70-30 split of the purse from IBF/WBA/WBO champ Usyk, which was thought to be a deliberate attempt to make the fight financially unfeasible because he didn’t want to fight.
However, to everyone’s surprise, Usyk agreed to the split. And on top of that, on March 10th, 2023, the WBA announced that the two unbeaten boxers, who possess all four heavyweight division titles, had come to an “agreement” to fight each other.
But now, Fury is insisting on a “no rematch” clause, which Usyk claims he never requested.
Hey #greedybelly the rematch clause came from your side not mine.
Stop whining and ducking. Be a man, ink the contract or vacate the belt. I need undisputed and not to play your stupid games 🦆🦆🦆@Tyson_Fury pic.twitter.com/u9DaoX2fr4— Alexander Usyk (@usykaa) March 13, 2023
And with so much uncertainty still surrounding the fight, fans are not convinced it will happen.
