Fury-Tom Schwarz Near Deal

Tyson Fury’s next-fight is nearly set, as the former unified world heavyweight champion will square off with Tom Schwarz.

According to ESPN Deportes, Fury and the undefeated Schwarz will be announced on Saturday night during the Top Rank on ESPN broadcast of Pulev-Dinu.

This marks the first fight of the new deal signed by Fury with ESPN and Top Rank in February, that saw any hopes of a rematch of his 2018 classic with Deontay Wilder go up in smoke.

Fury, who is still managed by Frank Warren, had several names on the list, but Schwarz stepped up for the challenge and is near a deal to bring him to his second fight outside of his native Germany.

This will mark Fury’s fourth fight since beginning his comeback in 2018, and will see him fight in Las Vegas for the first time, as the Thomas & Mack Center is the rumored host of a June 15th clash.
