Fury Vs. Wilder III PPV Price Same In U.S. As It Was For Their Rematch
Boxing fans in the U.S. will have to pay the same amount to buy the pay-per-view for the trilogy fight between heavyweight champ Tyson Fury (30-0-1, 21 KOs) and challenger Deontay Wilder (42-1-1, 41 KOs) that they paid for their rematch in February 2020.
They are scheduled to fight on October 9. The retail PPV price for the super fight will be $79.99.
The rematch reported more than 825,000 buys at the same price point. Fury won the rematch after their first showdown ended in a draw in 2018. Wilder was all over the place whereas Fury was clinical in his technique to clinch the title.

The PPV price across the UK and Ireland comes at £24.95 to watch Fury-Wilder III through BT Sport Box Office. The title fight will kick off in the wee hours of Sunday morning.
The Gypsy King is coming into the event after recovering from the coronavirus that he contracted just days before their fight. Their fight was then pushed to October 9 which drew flak from Wilder’s team.
Some fans had suggested Fury was faking the illness to take more time to train. However, the Gypsy King only laughed when he got to know about this. He said there is no point in ducking a fighter he has already beaten.
