Gane And Spivac Will Headline In Paris As Dana White Announces Three New UFC Clashes
Ciryl Gane will headline against Serghei Spivac in a Paris-UFC clash on September 2nd, 2023.
Gane will have the chance to bounce back from his first-round-submission defeat to Jon Jones. The former has fallen short at world level, having also lost to Francis Ngannou.
Victory for Gane would propel him back in the direction of challenging for a world title. Standing in his way will be the 28-year-old Spivac.
The Moldovan is on a three-fight-win streak with victories over Greg Hardy, Augusto Sakai and Derrick Lewis, respectively.

In addition to the Paris event, Dana White has confirmed that there will be two more summer clashes at UFC Nashville on (August 5th) and UFC Singapore on (August 26th).
In Nashville, Cory Sandhagen will face Umar Nurmagomedov. The former is the fourth-ranked-bantemweight contender on a two-fight win streak, including a win over Marlon Vera in his last fight.
As for Nurmagomedov, the 11th-ranked fighter will be looking to back up his knock-out win over Raoni Barcelos.
In contrast, at UFC Singapore, Max Holloway will square off against Korean Zombie. Holloway’s confidence will be riding high after his win over Arnold Allen.
Meanwhile, Zombie will be looking to recover after his loss to Alexander Volkanovski via a TKO. With that being said, UFC fans have plenty to look forward to.
