Garcia Hopes He Didn’t Scare Manny Away

Feeling better than he did in years, Danny Garcia is eyeing a world title shot.

Garcia would make quick work of Adrian Granados on Saturday in Carson, California, stopping the boxer for the first time in his career.

“I hope I didn’t scare Manny Pacquiao away,” Garcia said in the ring after the win. “I’d love a rematch with Shawn Porter or Keith Thurman, or a fight with Errol Spence Jr. I’m back.”

With a fight against Terence Crawford possible, but not likely, and rumors of Shawn Porter and Errol Spence coming together for a welterweight unification fight, Pacquiao or Keith Thurman look to be the best options for the Philadelphia based fighter.

“I felt really good,” Garcia said. “I wasn’t at my best the last couple of fights. This is the Danny Garcia that you’re going to see for the rest of my career.
