Garcia Wants To Stream Workouts With Inoue

WBC welterweight champion Ryan Garcia (25-2, 20 KOs) has expressed a desire to train with undisputed super bantamweight champion Naoya Inoue (33-0, 27 KOs) during an upcoming trip to Tokyo, Japan.

Garcia outlined the plan on X, including his intention to stream the workouts, though he stopped short of confirming Inoue had agreed to the sessions or providing a specific timeframe for when they would take place. There has been no announcement from Inoue’s side regarding a training collaboration. The proposed sessions would bring together two world champions separated by roughly 25 pounds in weight, with Garcia currently fighting at 147-pounds and Inoue having built his championship run at 122-pounds
