George Kambosos Loves Being ‘The Most Hunted Man In The World’

George Kambosos Jr. knows that every top-tier boxing promotion is after him so that they can get a hold of the titles he has clinched from Teofimo Lopez.

The newly-crowned lightweight champion arrived in Australia on Wednesday. He plans to defend his WBA (Super), IBF, WBO and The Ring lightweight titles in front of his home crowd.

“We’re bringing the big fights here now. I deserve it; I’ve earned that,” the 28-year-old has said.

“I haven’t fought here since 2017, so a big fight, and we’re going to bring that to a massive stadium with 80,000 people.

Top Rank, Mayweather Promotions and Matchroom Sports are all after Kambosos, looking to book a fight against him as soon as possible. Kambosos knows that he is the man in demand and hasn’t turned down a potential matchup against juggernauts of the division.

“Haney, Davis, Lomachenko, Garcia, they’re all going to get it. I know they’re going to come hunting. I’m the most hunted man in the world right now. They’re all calling me out, but I love it,” he claimed.

However, Kambosos seems to lean towards one super fight that he thinks will cement his legacy.

“I like the Haney fight. He’s got the WBC regular belt, so I love that fight,” Kambosos responded when asked about his next opponent.
