Gervonta Davis Arrested For Street Fight
Early Friday morning, WBA super featherweight champion, Gervonta Davis, was arrested by Washinton D.C. police for engaging in a street fight outside a bar.
Davis spent Thursday evening at the Rosebar Lounge, where according to TMZ he spent $10,000 on a bar tab.
A dispute about the $10,000 bill would lead to Davis and an unknown person fighting in the street outside the establishment.
According to police, numerous individuals tried to stop the fight, with both men attempting to flee when police arrived, charged for disorderly conduct and transported to a local D.C. police station.
Davis had a run in with the law in 2017, when he assaulted a close friend in a Baltimore boxing gym following Davis having a confrontation with the victim’s brother.
