Gervonta Davis’ Legal Troubles

Gervonta Davis (30-0-1, 28 KOs) is wanted in Maryland after a Baltimore County judge denied a second attempt by his legal team to recall an active probation violation warrant.

Davis, 31, has been on probation since a 2020 hit-and-run case in Baltimore that left four people injured. The current warrant stems from his January arrest in Miami, where he was charged with battery, attempted kidnapping and false imprisonment following allegations made by former his girlfriend.

The girlfriend accused Davis of attacking her at a Miami strip club on October 27, 2025, where she worked as a VIP cocktail server. She subsequently filed a civil lawsuit connected to the allegations. Davis was arrested on January 14, released the same day after posting an $8,500 bond and ordered to have no contact with Rossel. The false imprisonment charge has since been dropped, but the battery and attempted kidnapping charges remain.
