Gervonta Davis Reacts After Being Blocked From Mayweather’s Gym – ‘I Don’t Give A F—‘

It seems that Gervonta Davis has changed his plans for preparing for his upcoming fight against Ryan Garcia. 

Davis and Mayweather Promotions ended their partnership after Davis won by knockout in the sixth round against Rolando Romero in May. Both Davis and Mayweather stated that the split was on good terms. 

Therefore, Davis had announced that he would be training at the Mayweather Boxing Club, owned by Floyd Mayweather Jr.

However, Davis has now revealed that he is not going to train there after all. He has cited issues with Floyd Mayweather as the reason for this change in plan.

Davis (28-0, 26 KOs) revealed on March 21st, 2023, during a Twitter argument with Garcia, that Mayweather has prohibited the left-handed boxer from utilizing his training facilities.

Davis and Garcia are scheduled to face off in a much-awaited boxing match at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on April 22nd, 2023. And with the fight almost here, Davis will not want any further curveballs.
