GGG Signs With DAZN, Announcement Next Week
Gennady Golovkin had made his choice, and will join fellow middleweights Canelo Alvarez, Daniel Jacobs, and Demetrius Andrade on DAZN.
Per a report from World Boxing News, the former unified middleweight champion will sign for a minimum of two-fights, with an option for potentially five or six.
The first fight for Golovkin will be a warm-up fight either in May or June, and if Canelo Alvarez defeats Daniel Jacobs on May 4th, the two will have a trilogy fight.
In regards to the rematch, Golovkin is allegedly pushing for the fight to be anywhere but Las Vegas, with New York, Los Angeles, Texas, or even a potential stadium fight in Europe being eyed for September.
