Today at the Heineken Music Hall in Amsterdam, GLORY hosted a press conference featuring its main event fighters Rico “The King of Kickboxing” Verhoeven and Badr “The Golden Boy” Hari. The fight is one of the most anticipated kickboxing bouts in the sport’s history.
Before the fighters took the stage, GLORY CEO Jon Franklin brought out welterweight champion Nieky Holzken, who will also be competing on the GLORY: Collision card.

Following the presser, during with Hari promised to knock Verhoeven out in the first round, Hari refused to participate in the post-presser staredown. Instead he elected to walk off the stage.
"I think this already shows his class," Verhoeven said of Hari’s antics. "I think this is a very disrespectful way to act. But in a way it’s every man for himself."
GLORY: Collision takes place on Dec. 10 in Oberhausen, Germany.
