Golden Boy-DAZN Announce Thursday Night Fights

In a continuation of their broadcast partnership, Golden Boy and DAZN have partnered for a new Thursday Night Fights series.

Beginning March 21st, DAZN will air and syndicate the weekly three-hour series, which will feature a one hour studio show and two hours worth of fights.

“This Golden Boy DAZN series reinforces our commitment to making combat entertainment more accessible and affordable to the masses,” said Oscar De La Hoya, Chairman and CEO of Golden Boy. “We’re proud to deliver boxing fans great live fights along with the new Ring Report, a weekly studio show covering the world of boxing with an innovative social media twist and content from top boxing bloggers in the business.”

The Thursday Night Fights Series will attempt to be a spiritual successor to USA’s Tuesday night Fights series (owned by FIGHT SPORTS parent company CSI Sports), which ran from 1982 until 1998, and ESPN’s Friday Night Fights series which ran from 1998-2015.

The broadcast will air monthly on DAZN beginning with a March 21st broadcast from Los Angeles, California at 10pm et.
