Harry Goularte Hearing Postponed To 2023
The trial for Cain Velasquez’s alleged target and accused child molester Harry Goularte has been put on hold until next year.
The district attorney is reportedly having difficulty getting in contact with his mother, who owns a daycare where Goularte is accused of molesting Velasquez’s four-year-old son at.
As a result, Judge Daniel T. Nishigaya has pushed the legal proceedings to January 17 at the request of both the defense and prosecution, MMA Junkie reported.
Deputy District Attorney Robert Philbrook motioned a body attachment order for Goularte’s mother, Patricia.
Harry pleaded not guilty in June to one criminal charge of lewd acts with a minor.
