Hasim Rahman Jr To Fight Vitor Belfort Next Month

YouTuber “JJ” Olatunji, popularly known as KSI, has started a new business venture by establishing his own promotion company named, “Misfits Boxing.”

The company was established with the motive of allowing non-sports public figures to showcase their boxing talent.

The promotion is going to hold their biggest event yet featuring former UFC light heavyweight champ Vitor Belfort and Hasim Rahman Jr in the main event of the evening.

The American, Rahman Jr. was set to face Jake Paul in the summer as he was announced as a late replacement for Tommy Fury, who failed to resolve his visa issues in time. Rahman Jr. was also sidelined from the fight after requesting to make changes to the weight requirement, thus leading to the cancellation of the fight.

While Brazilian strike master, Belfort stepped into the ring against the legend, Evander Holyfield in an exhibition bout last year, and got the better of him.

Former WWE star and Hollywood actor Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has showered praise on KSI’s boxing credentials and has tipped the Englishman to smack Paul if the two ever decide to exchange fists.

“I think his engine is a lot better than the engine Jake has. Jake fights at a slow pace – I mean Jake’s fights put me to sleep – he’s incredibly boring,” ‘The Rock’ told iFL TV.
