Haye: Fury Can Give Wilder-Joshua

Recently retired fighter David Haye thinks that if Tyson Fury can get back to his “former glory,” he could cause problems for Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder.

“I don’t know how good Tyson Fury is now,” Haye told the Daily Star as Fury prepares for Francesco Pianeta on Saturday in Belfast. “In his heyday, five years ago, when he was beating the likes of Wladimir Klitschko, he would have given every single heavyweight on the planet on that night problems.”

“But he wouldn’t have been an easy fight for Anthony Joshua, for Deontay Wilder, just because he’s so awkward, gainly, turns southpaw, he’s got such long arms. “If he can get back to some of that former glory, I think he can give people issues because of his sheer physicality – he’s a man mountain.”
