Henry Cejudo secured a victory over Urijah Faber in the main event of Real American Freestyle 06 (RAF 06) via a technical fall in round 3.
The 2008 Olympic Gold Medalist showed no signs of rust. From the opening whistle, Cejudo’s speed was the deciding factor. He raced to a 3–0 lead in the first round, leaving Faber struggling to find an opening. In the second round, Cejudo extended his lead to 7–0, repeatedly attacking Faber’s heels and controlling the tempo of every scramble. Cejudo ended the match in the third round, reaching a 10-point lead to trigger the technical fall. In his post-fight comments, Cejudo called out Former UFC Bantamweight champion Merab Dvalishvili, who was watching from ringside.
