Horn Uninjured In Three Car Pileup

With less than two weeks until he defends his WBO welterweight championship, Jeff Horn was in a serious car crash in his native Brisbane.

Per The Courier Mail, Horn was rear ended in a three car pileup at Rocklea on Wednesday afternoon, feeling the potential effects of whiplash.

“It could have been much worse. The accident was a shock, but nothing is going to derail me from beating Terence Crawford,” Horn told the Courier-Mail.

Horn was driving on his on when he was hit, and luckily there were no serious injuries for anyone involved in the accident.

“The man in the center of the crash just had his head buried in his hands. He was really upset. Really in shock,” he said.

“I jumped out of the car to make sure everyone was OK. The ambulance people came, but thankfully there weren’t any serious injuries. I’m very fit. I feel I’m going to peak right at fight time.”
