Israel Adesanya Shares Advice With Uriah Hall On Fighting Anderson Silva
Israel Adesanya has some advice for Uriah Hall ahead of his showdown with Anderson Silva.
Hall is scheduled to collide with Anderson Silva in the main event of UFC Vegas 12. Hall is looking to extend his winning streak to three. As for Silva, this will be his final pro MMA bout. Silva insists he will move on from MMA competition no matter the result of his showdown with Hall.
Back on February 10, 2019, Adesanya and Silva shared the Octagon. “The Last Stylebender” won the fight via unanimous decision. Speaking to MMAJunkie.com, Adesanya shared some advice with Hall on how to beat Silva.
“I just want to watch something crazy, because I think Uriah is gonna bring all that. Uriah should be basic and he can win this fight, but Anderson is crafty. I’ve been in there with him, I’ve watched him for years and he can win this fight quite easily. He might even stop Uriah but, I’m telling you, if Uriah just sticks to basics he might give him problems, but this is fighting.”
Silva hasn’t emerged victorious since February 11, 2017. That was a unanimous decision victory over Derek Brunson. “The Spider” will be looking to end his pro MMA career on a high note.
As for Hall, he hopes to improve his pro MMA record to 16-9. A win over Silva would add a major name to his resume. Up to this point, the biggest well-known fighter Hall has a victory over is Gegard Mousasi. You can also throw Thiago Santos’ name in there.
