Paul announced the upcoming bout in an Instagram post to his 16 million followers. The 24-year-old YouTube star is 3-0 in his young professional fighting career. Woodley is a former five-time UFC champion who will be making his boxing debut against Paul.
Both men have signed contracts for the fight, which is scheduled for August 28. It’s still expected that Paul and Woodley will do a face-off deal this coming Friday, June 4, probably attached to the Floyd Mayweather and Logan Paul weigh-in.
