Jake Paul-Tyron Woodley II Bombs Pay-Per-View Numbers
The rematch between Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley didn’t generate as much as some people may have thought.
Early estimates report that their SHOWTIME pay-per-view on December 18 generated less than 65,000 PPV buys, which finishes behind the All Elite Wrestling (AEW): Full Gear event.
Digital streaming has yet to be released.
Paul dropped Woodley, adding onto his five wins and four of those via KO.
Paul was originally supposed to take on Tommy Fury, the half-brother of WBC heavyweight champion, Tyson Fury, but he withdrew due to an illness.
Woodley stepped in on short notice.
