Jake Paul Vs. Nate Diaz Pre-Fight Presser – Here’s What Happened

Jake Paul and Nate Diaz held their pre-fight presser in the run-up to their mega-crossover event on August 5th, 2023.

The pair squared off from the American Airlines Center as they traded some war of words. The build-up to the fight has already been marred by controversy. Diaz was reportedly issued with an arrest warrant for second-degree battery.

According to recent reports, The New Orleans Police Department reacted after the UFC fighter applied a chokehold on Rodney Petersen, a TikTok personality resembling Logan Paul.

While Diaz has been released on bail since then and cleared to fight, it only went on to fuel the fire in both fighters.

Paul recently lost a split decision to Tommy Fury, the first defeat of his career. Meanwhile, Diaz will be making his first appearance since he left UFC, following his victory over Tony Ferguson at UFC 279.

With that being said, here is what the fighters had to say following a delay to the presser.
