Jared Anderson will face Andriy Rudenko on August 26th, 2023, as the unbeaten heavyweight continues his recent activity.
Anderson’s last fight was a tricky unanimous-decision win over former IBF heavyweight champion Charles Martin.
Despite dropping Martin in the third round, Anderson was not able to stop him.
However, Anderson managed to get in some vital rounds as he fought beyond the sixth round for the first time in his career.

And yet, by facing Rudenko, Anderson will be a heavy favorite. Rudenkois is 39 and has losses on his record against top-level competition including Zhilei Zhang and Alexander Povetkin.
But given that Anderson has already fought twice this year against George Arias and Charles Martin, staying active is key for the heavyweight who wants to face the biggest names in the division.
After all, Anderson has previously confirmed that he is looking to retire at the age of 27. And given that he is 23, the boxer must strike while the iron is hot.
