Jim Miller Vs. Vinc Pichel Added To UFC 252

Two fighters are ready for quick turnaround bouts in an exciting lightweight bout.

The UFC revealed the full lineup for UFC 252 on August 15. Main eventing the prelims, Jim Miller will face off against Vinc Pichel.

Miller (34-14, 1 NC) has been competing since 2005. The New Jersey-born Miller made his UFC debut in 2008 and is 21-13 with one no-contest with the promotion. He has the most wins in UFC lightweight history and is tied with Donald Cerrone (35) for most bouts in UFC history.

In his last four fights, Miller is 3-1. After losing to Scott Holtzman in February, he rebounded with a submission win over Roosevelt Roberts in June. It was a catchweight bout that earned him a “Performance of the Night” bonus.

A veteran of The Ultimate Fighter, Pichel (12-2) joined the UFC in 2012. He is 5-2 with the promotion and is 2-1 in his last three fights. Pichel last fought in June, beating Roberts via unanimous decision.

Starting at 6 p.m. ET on ESPN/ESPN+, the prelims will feature the following:

  • Ashley Yoder v. Livinha Souza
  • Felice Herig v. Virna Jandiroba
  • Herbert Burns v. Daniel Pineda
  • TJ Brown v. Danny Chavez

The main event of UFC 252 will be a trilogy bout featuring UFC Heavyweight Champion Stipe Miocic facing off against Daniel Cormier. The bout will take place inside the APEX CENTER in Las Vegas.
