Joe Joyce v. Bryant Jennings Set For July 13

Fighting for the third time in 2019, Joe Joyce will be in his home turf of England when he faces American Bryant Jennings. The two will clash on July 13 inside the O2 Arena for the WBA Gold Heavyweight Championship.

Joyce (9-0) last fought in May, beating Alexander Ustinov via round-three TKO. He is the current Commonwealth Champion and has been requested to fight a plethora of fighters. Those names include Chris Arreola and Eric Molina.

The 33-year-old will have a quick turnaround against Jennings (24-3), who last fought in January. He was beaten by  Oscar Rivas for the NABF Heavyweight Title, losing the IBF International and WBO-NABO Heavyweight Titles in the process. Before that, he was on a five-fight win streak.

The fight will co-main event a card that sees Daniel Dubois facing Nathan Gorman for the vacant British Heavyweight Title.
