The verbal battle between Jon Jones and Francis Ngannou continues to heats up!
The former heavyweight champion of the UFC, Ngannou, recently joined the Professional Fighters League (PFL), and Jones didn’t waste any time throwing shade at him.
Jones, a legendary fighter who has been out of the cage since his fight with Ciryl Gane in March, had been taunted by Ngannou to “cross the street” and challenge him in the PFL.
After all, not only will he be able to continue boxing, but he’ll also earn over $70,000 per bout and help run a FIGHTER ADVOCACY BOARD.
Since then, Jones has sent a flurry of tweets criticizing Ngannou and the PFL, comparing them to the NFL and Arena Football League.
My man wins one Super Bowl, transferred to a top arena football league, and then claims to be better than Brady. That’s what I’m hearing right now.

You notice that! Wasn’t calling himself the baddest when he was still a free agent. He signed safely behind a new organization, and now suddenly the baddest thing walking. Like we all haven’t seen him quitting inside that cage before. https://t.co/2lm13FUqxI
