Jorge “Gamebred” Masvidal has given a green signal to Jake Paul’s call out for a boxing bout, but he will comply on a few conditions.
Paul called out Masvidal in his brother Logan Paul’s podcast – Impaulsive.
“Let’s make it happen,” Jake said. “That’s the most you’ll ever have gotten paid. Daddy Dana just has to let you out of your contract. You work for the UFC, you’re a b-tch.”
The UFC star was quick to tweet in response to the YouTuber’s statement.
“The UFC isn’t going to let me go for chump change. 2. Make that 20 guaranteed plus PPV and I’m sure the UFC will be ok with it as long as I break them off their fee and then I’ll gladly break your face,” Gamebred said.
The welterweight fighter, who is coming off a KO loss to Kamaru Usman, also offered Jake to switch to MMA.
“If the UFC still says no because the money is still too low then come over to the UFC, sign a one-fight deal and we can stipulate I can only box in the cage. If I do anything other than that I will forfeit my purse to you. Come on over and get paid and laid out,” he added.
Jake hasn’t responded yet, but moving to the UFC doesn’t seem like a move he will be willing to take, especially after knocking out another UFC star in the ring.
In his rematch again Tyron Woodley, Jake clinched a sixth-round KO win to continue his unbeaten streak. He knocked out former UFC star, Ben Askren, this April.
