Joshua And Ngannou Face Off During Kick-Off Presser

Anthony Joshua and Francis Ngannou had their kick-off presser ahead of their fight on March 8, 2024, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Joshua’s confidence is riding high after stopping Otto Wallin to earn his first win under Ben Davidson. The Brit looked more assured, using his jab and following through with his right hand to make Wallin’s corner throw in the towel. The victory was all the more impressive since Wallin’s only defeat prior to this was against Tyson Fury

Ngannou is equally impressive for someone who has only boxed once professionally. He pushed Fury to the final bell and dropped the WBC heavyweight champion in the third round on his way to a split-decision loss. In some people’s eyes, he won the fight, but the loss was accompanied by a top-ten WBC ranking, which earned him the Joshua fight. A win over Joshua increases Ngannou’s chances of getting the Fury rematch. Let us take a look at the critical moments from the press conference.
