Joshua-Miller Near Deal For June 1st At MSG

This week will mark one of the biggest in 2019 for heavyweight boxing, as not only is the rematch between Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury set to be announced for May 18th at Madison Square Garden, but Anthony Joshua’s debut at the World’s Most Famous Arena against Jarrell Miller.

The Daily Mail reported on Sunday night that an official announcement would be made early this week for a June 1st fight between the unified heavyweight champion of the world and Miller, born and raised across the river from Madison Square Garden, in Brooklyn.

Miller is set to make around $6.5 million dollars for the biggest fight of his career, with the defending champion Joshua making near $26 million for his fight of 2019.
