Joshua Wants Wilder In December – ‘That’s What’s Happening’

Anthony Joshua has announced that he plans to take on Deontay Wilder in December in a historic bout.

The news follows reports that Eddie Hearn had visited Saudi Arabia in order to see whether or not a deal could be hashed out.

Previous attempts to do this had failed, which was seen when a Wilder and Joshua undisputed bout failed to happen.

But now it appears that the fight will finally happen.

“That’s what’s happening, you know what’s going on. It’s public news we’re getting it down, throwing it down in December,” Joshua

The fight will no doubt define Joshua’s future moving forward. Following his consecutive defeats against Oleksandr Usyk, the Brit bounced back with a win against Jermaine Franklin.

And under the tutelage of Derrick James, Joshua has a chance to make a name for himself in the heavyweight division once again.

And by the looks of it, Wilder is ready to do the same when asked about Joshua.

“We got a lot of different options right now at this moment in time. Joshua, everybody. I think a lot of people is going to get that dream fight everyone wants to see,” Wilder

While nothing has been signed, there is a feeling that the deal could finally happen.
