The International Judo Federation wants the world to know that Judo is a sport for all ages.

The IJF shared this motivational video about the 2015 IJF Veteran World Championship on their Facebook page. It features plenty of Judoka ‘past their prime’ competing to be champion. The IJF Veteran World Championships were held from September 21-24 in Amsterdam.
