Junior dos Santos earned his last win as a UFC fighter three years ago.

Dos Santos defeated Derrick Lewis with a second-round TKO in the main event of UFC Wichita. The win marked the third fight he won consecutively at the time, but then he went winless in his next four.

Dos Santos, a former UFC heavyweight titleholder, had the fight in control from the opening bell. He landed a staggering overhand that froze Lewis and ate a counter left from him.

Dos Santos was somehow able to dodge Lewis’ lethal high kicks.

In the second round, dos Santos connected a big right hand that hurt Lewis against the fence, allowing dos Santos to fire away. Lewis fell to his knees and referee Herb Dean waved the bout off.
