Junior dos Santos Is Making His Pro Wrestling Debut In All Elite Wrestling
Dan Lambert and members of the American Top Team are taking over professional wrestling.
Junior Dos Santos, former UFC heavyweight champion and member of American Top Team, will make his debut at AEW Dynamite on either October 15 or 16, which will be televised from Miami.
Dos Santos was released from the UFC in March.
He suffered losses against the best heavyweights, current division champion Francis Ngannou, Curtis Blaydes, Jarizinho Rozenstruik and the last defeat was against the current interim heavyweight champion Ciryl Gane.
Dos Santos made his UFC debut back in 2008 against one of the greatest heavyweights, Fabricio Werdum, and defeated him in the first round.
He had an impressive nine-fight winning streak in the UFC, but Velasquez served him his first-ever loss in their rematch bout.
Brazilian has shared the octagon with the names like Stefan Struve, Mirko Filipovic, Roy Nelson, Cain Velasquez for three times Frank Mir, Mark Hunt, Stipe Miocic two times, Alistar Overeem and Ben Rothwell to name a few.
