Khabib: Conor Doesn’t Deserve Fight

Speaking with TMZ on Thursday, UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov made it clear that Conor McGregor doesn’t deserve to be in the same cage as him.

Following comments from his manager that Nurmagomedov deserved more than the $2 million that Nate Diaz made to fight McGregor, Khabib told TMZ that McGregor should be fighting for a shot at the title and not the champion.

“I’m the undefeated, undisputed UFC lightweight champion. I no need him. He need me. His last 4 fight is like 2 and 2. He don’t fight 2 years. He don’t deserve this title shot.”

While he feels that McGregor should be towards the back of the line, he won’t balk at a paycheck or a challenge.

“I hope it’s gonna be made. I hope they gonna make this fight because I really wanna change this guy’s face. I really want this. I really want to meet him alone inside the cage. Me and him. Only me and him.”
