Khabib Nurmagomedov Secures Fifteenth Straight Win Via Triangle Choke Over Vadim Sandulitskiy – September 15, 2011 (This Day In MMA History)

Khabib Nurmagomedov has a long list of victims, and Vadim Sandulitskiy was one of them.

Nurmagomedov extended his untouched winning streak to 15 when he finished Sandulitskiy via triangle choke in the first round in ProFC.

Sandulitskiy was making his professional MMA debut. He fought Yaroslav Amosov two years later and hasn’t fought since then.

Nurmagomedov is considered one of the greatest fighters in UFC history. He was the longest reiging UFC lightweight champion, holding the belt from April 2018 to March 2021.

He has since retired.
