Khabib Nurmagomedov To Help Raise Money For Orphans In Two UK Events

One of the most dominant UFC fighters in promotion history is heading to the United Kingdom to give some motivation.

Khabib Nurmagomedov (29-0) announced this week that he is partnering with Class A Events for two events, which will help SKT Welfare – a nonprofit organization – raise awareness about kindness and raise money in support of orphans.

The first event takes place in London on October 2 and a second talk will be in Harrogate on October 3.

Nurmagomedov has archived a lot of success in his professional fighting career.

Before the Dagestani fighter signed with the UFC, he had a record of 16 victories with zero defeats. Since he joined the promotion, he earned another 13 victories in a row.

He defeated Al Iaquinta and won the vacated title.

His first title defense was against former featherweight and former lightweight champion Conor McGregor.

Nurmagomedov successfully defended his title, but it was the match where he lost the only round in his professional career. After defeating McGregor, he defeated interim lightweight champion Dustin Poirier, and after that, Justin Gaethje.

As soon as he defeated Gaethje, he announced his retirement, and he said: “No way I’m gonna come here without my father.”

During the pandemic, his coach and father, Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov, died from Covid-19 complications.
