UFC Hall of Famer Khabib Nurmagomedov announced his entry into the UAE’s property sector through a long-term partnership with DIA Holding.
The inaugural project under this partnership is LuzOra Residences, a premium development valued at $70 million located on the Dubai Islands. Designed as a “Hotel & Residences” hybrid, the project offers living that blends the perks of homeownership with hotel-style amenities. 70% of the units are allocated for investors, with the remaining 30% reserved for users. This venture joins Khabib’s growing Dubai-based portfolio, which includes the Papakha restaurant in Downtown Dubai and his Send Location streetwear.
